Monday morning has brought another snowstorm (blizzard??) to eastern Massachusetts. Being snowbound can be fun for a day or two but this is the 5th day in a row with snow and our 2nd big storm. Unfortunately that means I’ll be missing my painting class this week 🙁 . However, it is a perfect day for a hot cup of tea. Won’t you join me for a “virtual” cup?
Valentine’s Day is almost here and this weekend I happily spent time in my studio painting a ‘Queen of Hearts’ series of paintings. Inspired by several different colorful abstract face paintings I’ve seen lately, I interpreted the theme my own way. Complete with gold, silver, and copper leaf crowns, of course!
